• ArcInfo Export files are compressed files in a folder
  • once you decompress these files, you will see a folder
  • do not mess or move the folder
    
    
• from the start menu, find the import 71 program
  • complete appropriate input & output fields
    
    
    • export file name - browse to the ".e00" file you are importing
    • output data source - browse to where you want to save this file
      
      
  • then make sure to type in file name with the folder to be (otherwise you'll see an error)
