Criteria for success with CSLOs
Steps for faculty to evaluate CSLOs 1) See CSLO Schedule to see if you must report a CSLO. (Here in 2023 or Teams) 2) Determine your CSLO that you will evaluate 3) Gather CSLOs data during the semester to complete your Student Learning Assessment Summary (SLAS form). 4) Complete SLAS form (Now electronic form 2023). Please note the 2023 SLAS form asks questions about equity gaps.
Program PSLO A) Demonstrate knowledge of global physical and environmental processes, locations; and develop an appreciaton of landscapes. B) Formulate appreciation of world cultural diversity, including demographics, ethnics studies, ag prectices, econ. development, resources... sustainability. C) Utilizing the concept of a region as a geographic unit of study, holistically assess integrative environmental and cultural phenomenon based on location. D) Assemble and and analyze spatial information (maps, data, surveys,...) using traditional and modern mapping technology methods. E) Apply experiential learning and real-world applications, field studies, integrate cultural, environmental and geographic methods.
