of Oregon, 1987. MA in Geography from CSU
Chico, 1995. Emphasis in Cultural Geography and
specializing in Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Worked on
numerous GIS projects and as a city planner. Other professional
experience includes working for
the Dept. of Forest and Fire Protection (CDF
- FRAP), US Forest Service and National Park Service. Past major projects include Placer County conservation planning
(PCCP) process and developing GIS certificate program.
